Happy New Year!
We are excited to begin learning about our new topic “What on Earth!” and will be learning about all different homes around the world and materials.
We are starting this term off a little bit different to the last one with Online Learning. So far, I am so incredibly pleased with how hard you are all working at home and I am thoroughly enjoying receiving your work. Keep up the fantastic work.

Paws, Claws and Jaws!
We are so excited to get started on our new topic. To start the half term off in Reception we will be looking at ourselves and what makes us special/different. We will also be exploring where we live and who lives with us.
We have lots of wonderful activities planned to show each other how to be a really good friend so keep an eye out for our photos and updates.
We have loved our new Animal Rescue Centre and are really looking forward to learning about our different pets and how to care for them.
Please note that our P.E day has changed from Tuesday to Monday.
Also, a reminder to bring your child’s reading book in with them each day. Thank you.
Miss Fitz-Gerald and Mrs Morgan
Welcome to Reception!
We have loved our return to school and have dug deep into our new colourful topic ‘At the end of the Rainbow’.
Keep an eye out on this Class Page for tips and information on ways in which you can continue to help us with our learning at home.
You should all now have received your Seesaw Home Learning Codes. A homework task will be upload on Wednesday every two weeks, to be completed.
We will have our PE on Tuesday - Please bring the children in to school in their PE kit ready on this day.
We are very excited to start reading and coming home with our reading packs. Please help us along by finding 10 minutes in the evening to read through our books with us. We will also come home with sounds and tricky words that will also help our reading. Please bring your children’s reading packs into school with them everyday.
Thank you for your support,
Miss Fitz-Gerald and Mrs Vincent
