Outdoor Learning
Welcome to OutdoorLearning@BPS
At Brackla Primary School we take a unique approach to our Outdoor Learning sessions. We consider not only the natural world/environmental aspect of the great outdoors but the all encompassing areas that the outdoors brings to our everyday lives.
From learning about and experiencing the seasons in our very own wild area or taking part in designing/making bird boxes using Design & Technology, to learning about and meeting all the different people (or animals) who work/spend the majority of their time outdoors in our local communities and further afield.
Our activities are cross-curricular and link to our school topic themes, the Core Purposes, Forest Schools and everyday life skills.
