Welsh week

Monday 23rd February - Friday 27th February was Welsh week in school.  The children participated in a range of activities including singing, dancing, art, drama, cookery, poetry, story writing to name a few.  We also had a few visitors to the school: Mr and Mrs Topham came to work with Year 1 on a class mural; 'Brian the Brush' a local artist worked with year 2 and Huw Williams deleivered a music workshop where the children learnt about a variety of Welsh instruments and performed a clog dance.
