Summer Term

Our topic in Nursery this half term is ‘Round and Round the Garden’. We will be finding out about seeds, flowers, plants and mini beasts. We will be learning about how seeds grow by planting and growing cress, beans and even making ‘Mr Grass Heads’. We will also be having lots of fun exploring and planting in our outdoor areas. We have our very own Garden Centre and Creepy Crawly Cave to role play with our friends. We will be practising our writing and drawing by making our own labels and seed packets and counting and sorting the plants and flowers as well. We are going to be very creative too and will be making our own mini beast instruments using seeds and creating flowers and mini beasts using lots of different materials.
